IT Application Support Supervisor (Jakarta, Indonesia)

  • Providing 1st level application support for all business users.
  • Ensure all ticket issue raised from business users are resolve in timely manner.
  • Responsible for quality control / testing changes that will release to business system.
  • Create user documentation and develop knowledge base of resolved issues.
  • Monitor business system performance.
  • Conduct training to business users.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma majoring in information technology or any major related.
  • Having min. 5 years of related work experience.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa.
  • Have knowledge in ERP System.
