- Receive, respond and reply every question, complaint and suggestion from customers by media : Call,Email, Fax, SMS, Facebook, Twitter, Chat, CMS, Letter & Walk In.
- Working with related units to follow up question, complaint and suggestion, also make sure the customers already received the information and answer needed.
- Processing bonus return from Bank to member.
- Processing bonus corrections which it is caused from invalid process by Head Office or BC, nor caused from customers negligence
- Creating daily and monthly report.
- Can use Ms. Word and Ms. Excel.
- Can create letter and report.
- Have communication skill with friendly voice and without regional accent.
- Can explain the information clearly and correctly.
- All experience minimal 1 year experience.
- Educational background from SMU / SMK.
- Always serving with HEART.
