Responsibilities:
  • Receive, respond and reply every question, complaint and suggestion from customers by media : Call,Email, Fax, SMS, Facebook, Twitter, Chat, CMS, Letter & Walk In.
  • Working with related units to follow up question, complaint and suggestion, also make sure the customers already received the information and answer needed.
  • Processing bonus return from Bank to member.
  • Processing bonus corrections which it is caused from invalid process by Head Office or BC, nor caused from customers negligence
  • Creating daily and monthly report.
Requirements :
  • Can use Ms. Word and Ms. Excel.
  • Can create letter and report.
  • Have communication skill with friendly voice and without regional accent.
  • Can explain the information clearly and correctly.
  • All experience minimal 1 year experience.
  • Educational background from SMU / SMK.
  • Always serving with HEART.
