Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

To deliver effective operational financial planning, monitoring, and management reporting to drive business growth. This is a very commercially oriented position, and the incumbent will be heavily involved in various business operations and projects feasibility study, including long range business planning and analysis of consolidated financial information for assigned markets/countries.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Be a trusted business advisor to senior management team in delivering the company's performance objectives
  • Take ownership for long range business plan, annual operating plan, quarterly projection and ad hoc projection
  • Internal reporting to senior management, including variance  analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and ensuring that senior management has the necessary visibility on budget performance data
  • Prepare business cases and develop detailed financial models to support investment evaluation
  • Support the senior management team to analyse new business opportunities and establish financial performance metrics for new business initiatives

  • Support the senior management team to foster a budget and control culture in the organisation. Monitor business unit performance and raise and address issues as they arise
  • Responsible for analysis on ad hoc (financial) topics as requested by the senior management team and presentation of their results and findings subsequently
  • Provide insightful management and commercial reporting, you will continually challenge the business to deliver revenue and margin improvements
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working managerial experience in Multi Nasional Company, preferebly from FMCG or MLM industry
  • Knowledge demonstrated business partnering, consulting, and negotiation skills
  • Required language(s): English is must , Bahasa Indonesia
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
