Responsibilities:
  • Implement the organization’s corporate culture strategy by spreading and applying Core Values through various programs such as Wheel of Fortune, WIT, Team Building, etc.
  • Act as an internal lecturer/ trainer for HR related or general topic to be shared to employee throughCore Value Induction or Corporate Training.
  • Culture assessment & alignment within the company.
  • Implement the organization’s training and development needs, by organizing training and eventmanagement (incl. set up budget, venue, etc.)
  • Conduct post training evaluation as a measurement tool to monitor its impact to productivity.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • -Min. 5 years experience in related position with 3 years exposure in training / public speaking.
  • Fluent conversation in oral and written English
  • Excellent public speaking & Interpersonal skill.
  • Familiar with Design Software would be an advantage.
